Apr 10 - Guess who’s back...
We’re happy to announce we’ve got Andy Bridgewood back on board at #FlixtonGolfClub 🙌
Andy started his golfing career as a junior at Flixton, taking up the game at 11 years old. He went on to represent Flixton both at a junior & adult level for the teams.
At the age of 18 he turned professional and started studying with the PGA training program, graduating at 21 a fully qualified PGA professional.
As an assistant professional he went on to win the Manchester Alliance Assistant Matchplay Championship 2 years in a row. 👏
Having Andy back is massive as it will allow us to be back in the MDGA and he’ll be working with the Junior Organiser to develop the next gen of Flixton Golfers! 👊 Q&A coming soon…👀
In Other news...
To all Flixton members whom this may concern. Can I please remind you that 2020 subs were due by April 1st.
It is unfortunate we find ourselves in a situation that we all cannot use our fine facilities. But as a club we still have running costs that we cannot avoid. As a member you are duty bound to pay your fees because you are a part owner of the club and it is down to us to keep the club financially viable.
So please if you have agreed to be a member for 2020 ( that means you did not hand your resignation in by 1st Feb 2020) your fees are overdue. Can you either contact Alison or post a cheque at the club ASAP. DM us for Alison’s mobile number.
